Live entertainment company Gotobeat grows 400% with custom-built AI tools

Gotobeat, a live entertainment company, has reported 400% growth in 2025, with the trajectory set to continue for 2026.

Founded in 2022, Gotobeat uses AI technology alongside promoter expertise to develop how live concerts and tours are planned, promoted, and delivered.

Consisting of 20 industry specialists, its team uses custom-built AI tools to inform decision-making - reducing risk, lowering costs and supporting more sustainable touring. This led to the company achieving more than an 80% average in venue occupancy for 700-plus capacity events in 2025 - a 33.3% increase on industry standards.

Live entertainment demand is booming, but the infrastructure powering tours hasn’t evolved at the same pace Max Busin, CEO and founder of Gotobeat

Gotobeat helps artists earn an average of 30% more per tour through increased ticket sales, reduced marketing waste, optimised routing and smarter pricing strategies. The Gotobeat team is also able to forecast ticket demand with an over 80% accuracy rate, reducing financial risk. This led to Gotobeat selling over 150,000 tickets for its events in 2025, promoting artists such as BRIT Award nominee, EsDeeKid.

“Live entertainment demand is booming, but the infrastructure powering tours hasn’t evolved at the same pace,” said Max Busin, CEO and founder of Gotobeat. “Gotobeat was built to change that - using data and technology to help artists tour more sustainably, venues operate more efficiently, and fans access the shows they love. As we scale across Europe, our focus remains the same: making live events smarter, more profitable, and less risky for everyone involved.”
