Audioscenic Appoints CFO and Head of Marketing to Support Global Expansion

Audioscenic, the UK-based company specialising in spatial audio technology, has announced the appointment of Stefan Brynard as chief financial officer (CFO) and Tracy Cox as head of marketing. The appointments are intended to support the company’s ongoing strategic expansion in the spatial audio and immersive entertainment markets.

Brynard, who joins as chief financial officer, is a chartered management accountant with more than 15 years of post-qualification experience, including roles as Finance Director within SMEs and startups across the EMEA region. He holds an MBA in Entrepreneurial Innovation from the University of London, Queen Mary. His new role is focused on establishing the financial systems and processes required to manage the company's scaling operations, governance, and rapid growth across multiple markets.

Tracy Cox has been appointed as head of marketing. She is a Chartered Marketer with over 15 years of international marketing leadership, primarily within the B2B and B2C technology sectors, including professional audio, marine electronics, and consumer technology. Her experience includes senior roles at Neutrik Group, Navico (Brunswick Corporation), and Turtle Beach Corporation. Based in Hampshire, UK, she will now oversee Audioscenic's global go-to-market strategy, brand development, and campaign execution.

Strategic Impact on Growth

Audioscenic, which focuses on next-generation spatial sound solutions and operates through OEM and licensing agreements, has previously collaborated with major consumer electronics brands such as Dell, Razer, and Acer. The addition of specialised leadership is designed to help the company capitalise on high-growth areas. Brynard’s background will strengthen the financial and operational structure required for rapid scaling, while Cox’s global marketing expertise is expected to help the company’s technologies resonate with target audiences across gaming, entertainment, professional audio, and automotive sectors.
