Two of AlphaTheta’s DJ controllers, the DDJ-FLX2 and DDJ-FLX4, are compatible with Traktor Play, the new DJ software from Native Instruments.
Traktor Play is a new streamlined DJ application from Native Instruments, designed to make DJing more accessible while still delivering sound quality and creative tools. The software includes essential DJ functions such as EQs and effects, as well as the Stems feature and streaming preview functionality from Beatport Streaming. This makes it a versatile tool for both beginners and experienced DJs.
On the new support for the software, Yoshinori Kataoka, CEO of AlphaTheta said: “At AlphaTheta, we want DJs to have the freedom to choose the tools that inspire them. Supporting Traktor Play with our DDJ-FLX2 and DDJ-FLX4 opens new creative possibilities and makes DJing even more accessible.”
Traktor Play will be available in early November.
